Cyber Security Engineer, Senior Job

Basic Qualifications:

-8 years of experience with Information Assurance and Security

-4 years of experience with Certification and Accreditation

-4 years of experience with Cross Domain Solutions Engineering

-4 years of experience with Enterprise Security Management and Information Systems Security Engineering Services

-2 years of experience with Penetration Testing and Digital Forensics

-Secret clearance required

-BS degree

-CISSP Certification required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in developing or deploying systems that meet DIACAP, DCID 6/3 and/or ICD 503 certification requirements

-Experience with leading systems engineering efforts for security systems.

-Experience with Security Testing, Software Assurance, Penetration Testing, and Forensics

-Experience with ArcSight or other Enterprise Security Manager software

-Knowledge of cyber threat analysis methodologies and mitigations

-BS degree in CS, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree

Key Role:

Work in partnership with clients to develop Information Assurance capabilities, share best practices, and solve our client's most difficult IA and Security problems. Perform analysis, design, development, implementation, accreditation, and evaluation of complex mission systems. Develop and apply advanced methods, theories, and compliance techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced problems and integrated security system solutions that will ensure proprietary and confidential data systems are protected. Provide technical engineering services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions. Interface with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs. Configure and validate secure systems. Test security products and systems to detect security weakness. This position is located in Alexandria, VA.
