Description
Key Role:
Apply knowledge of multiple operating systems environments, including Windows and *nix and networking components configuration. Provide advanced analysis on typical server service platforms, including Web, email, DNS, and others. Perform analysis on complex datasets using various scripting languages, including Perl or Python. Develop advanced methodologies to help promote cutting edge analysis. Provide knowledge of routed and switched environments, including how these environments are managed. Provide subject matter expertise on the TCP/IP protocol suite. Apply knowledge of advanced IP concepts, including VoIP, IPv6, and VPNs, intrusion detection, firewalls, and various other computer network defense related concepts, penetration testing, and forensic concepts. This position is located in Ft. Meade, MD.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with SIGINT, intelligence analysis, and cyber
-Knowledge of the protocols in the TCP/IP suit and the many software services that use them
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with advanced telecommunications, including LAN, WAN, routers, data communications, and connectivity
-Experience with advanced server operating systems based on Linux and UNIX or the Windows Server platform
-Experience with equivalent work may be substituted for a formal degree
-Ability to perform basic protocol and network analysis
-BA or BS degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
