Cyber SIGINT Research and Target Development Analyst, Mid Job

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with SIGINT and intelligence analysis

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with SIGINT tools, techniques, and processes

-Experience with SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA) and Geospatial Metadata Analysis (GMA)

-Experience with analysis and reporting

-Experience with digital network analysis

-Knowledge of telecommunications networks

-Knowledge of collection systems

-Knowledge of social network analysis methodologies

-BA or BS degree in a related field or applicable industry-recognized Certification, including Network , Convergence , or a Certification in Geospatial Information Systems preferred

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Key Role:

Perform cyber SIGINT research and analysis, apply experience with the characterization of complex target networks, and conduct exploitation of networks. Display knowledge of telecommunications structures and SIGINT databases to uncover targets and identify applicable collection systems to task. Provide in-depth analysis focusing on the development of new exploitation capabilities against known and newly identified targets of interest. Analyze and integrate complex intelligence information from multiple sources for senior clients in a national intelligence agency. This position is located in Ft. Meade, MD.
