Description
Key Role:
Serve as a counterintelligence (CI) specialist and provide subject matter expertise to major Military commands. Apply knowledge and mastery of CI concepts, principles, and practices to plan and conduct a full range of CI support to operations, investigations, analyses, and CI services. Employ state-of-the-art technologies, analytical tools, and communications processes to drive activities from beginning to completion. Develop analytical processes and methods to support counterespionage investigations, analyses, and production. Monitor results to ensure that they are achieved within the appropriate directives, regulations, policies, and procedures. Conduct liaison activities with senior-level members, the staff of the supported agency, and leadership throughout the CI and law enforcement communities. This position may require some travel and is located in Arlington, VA.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: (Required)
-7+ years of experience as a counterintelligence (CI) or intelligence analyst
-Experience with formal training in CI or a CI agent badge
-Experience in interacting with senior-level Military and civilian intelligence representatives
-Knowledge of CI, cyber CI, OFCO, counterterrorism, counterespionage, all-source intelligence, or law enforcement missions
-Knowledge of intelligence community roles, responsibilities, organizations, and capabilities, including structure, policies, and national agency directives
-Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Additional Qualifications: (Preferred)
-Experience with briefing others
-Knowledge of the organizations and functions within the DoD CI and HUMINT communities
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
