Description
Key Role:
Provide analytical support to counterintelligence teams in areas, including strategy, plans, and policy (SP&P), analysis and production, counterintelligence (CI) damage assessments, performance management, community liaisons, workforce development and training, Joint training exercise support, and technical CI. Analyze, document, track, and maintain the status of CI programs and projects, threat assessments, technology enhancements, and CI services and key initiatives that improve strategic and tactical CI programs. Ensure activities and actions comply with the appropriate directives, regulations, policies, and procedures. Perform gap analysis, document results, and assist with the creation of briefings and reports for senior officials. Provide liaison activities to law enforcement, CI, and other entities in support of national CI goals, plans, and objectives. This position requires the ability to travel and is located in Arlington, VA.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: (Required)
-4+ years of experience with the intelligence community in a counterintelligence (CI) or HUMINT support role
-Experience with cyber intelligence or cyber CI, counterterrorism, counterespionage, all-source intelligence, or law enforcement missions
-Experience with interacting with senior-level intelligence representatives
-Experience with using intelligence community tools and databases
-Knowledge of intelligence community roles, responsibilities, organizations, and capabilities, including structure, policies, and national agency directives
-Ability to travel within the US and overseas
-Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications: (Preferred)
-Experience with briefing others
-Knowledge of the national CI cyber plan, bio security, cyber CI, or budget planning
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
