Key Role:
Support Special Access Programs (SAP) security management, administration, and oversight for program security, personnel security, information security, physical security, operations security, security policy, security education, administrative security, technical security, and automated information systems. Support Security IAW DoD Directive O-5205.7, Special Access Program (SAP) policy, DoD Instruction O-5205.11, Management, Administration, and Oversight of DoD Special Access Programs (SAPs), DoD 5220.22-M-Sup 1 Overprint, DoD Overprint to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual Supplement (NISPOMSUP Overprint), Joint Air Force Army and Navy (JAFAN) 6/3, protect Special Access Program Information within Information Systems, Joint Air Force Army and Navy (JAFAN) 6/4, Personnel Security Standards and Procedures Governing Eligibility for Access to Special Access Program Information, and Joint Air Force Army and Navy (JAFAN) 6/9, Physical Security Standards for Special Access Program Facilities (SAPF). Develop and implement a multi-disciplined security program for complex, major acquisition SAP Programs. This position is located at Falls Church, VA.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with security
-3+ years of experience as a program security officer
-3+ years of experience in an SAP environment
-Knowledge of personnel, industrial, physical, IT/IA, and information security principles
-Ability to process and analyze information provided by a customer, make assessments, and provide solutions
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to work with minimal supervision to perform complex technical or analytical tasks
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in a related technical field
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
