Cyber Knowledge Manager Job

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience in the management consulting field with knowledge management (KM), change management, or organization performance management
-Experience with working in IT
-Experience with DoD through consulting, government, or Military work
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with using KM tools, including SharePoint, Cognos, or other COTS KM protocols
-Experience in a DoD or federal government environment
-Experience with consulting preferred
-Experience with software testing
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree preferred
-Certified Knowledge Manager Certification (CKM)
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Key Role:
Join Booz Allen's team of information security professionals as a knowledge manager at a newly formed Joint Component Command focused on cyber. Assist with the design, development, and implementation of knowledge management (KM) strategies and apply expertise in SharePoint 2007 and MOSS 2007. Comprehend and recognize key barriers to KM behavioral change and develop effective change management programs. Analyze business processes, interview stakeholders, and evaluate strategic and IT plans to develop KM programs. Develop KM governance structures and processes for implementing KM programs and systems and provide consulting thought leadership on current best practices in KM, portal design, IC, and content management. Create KM roadmaps and implementation plans to address organizational impacts, intellectual capital sharing, institutionalization, IT alignment, and performance measures for KM programs. Assist the Web development team with testing final products. This position is located in Hanover, MD.
