Information Cyber Security Program Manager Job

Basic Qualifications:

-7 years of experience with FISMA, information assurance, and security practices in civil agencies or NSA

-3 years of experience with project and program management

-Knowledge of the NIST 800 series

-Knowledge of IA policy

-TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with business development, including opportunity identification and proposal development

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-CISSP, CISA, CISM, or another information security Certification

-PMP or PrgMP Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.

Key Role:

Support delivery for FISMA programs and lead tasks within programs. Promote solutions for the client's security program FISMA reporting. Leverage knowledge of FISMA, IT security, and business solutions to assess and improve the client's FISMA process and ensure accurate reporting and tracking of systems and program security posture. Use government regulations, including NIST 800 series, OMB A-130, and FITSAF to promote FISMA best practices. Leverage client relationship skills to assist with the communication of ongoing FISMA process efforts to all tiers of client management. This position is located in Linthicum, MD.
