Description
Key Role:
Conduct training needs analyses and design and develop instructionally sound e-learning and instructor-led training for a variety of clients and projects, including cyber. Design and develop performance support solutions, including online help and job aids. Deliver instructor-led training on systems and applications. Work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies and solutions. Work closely with team members, including project managers, programmers, graphics artists, and editors. Maintain and update content in existing online and classroom-based courses, as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with developing instructional courses
-5 years of experience with developing e-learning courseware
-Experience with Instructional Design Methodology
-Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with designing Section 508-compliant e-learning
-Experience with using Macromedia Captivate and RoboHelp
-Experience with Web 2.0 technologies
-Experience with the Intel community
-Ability to work collaboratively and be flexible with clients and staff with minimal supervision
-Possession of excellent oral and written and communication skills
-MA or MS degree preferred
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
