Description
Key Role:
Serve as the key member of a team providing Information Assurance consulting for Air Mobility Command at Scott AFB. Review threat assessments and recommend plans of action for responding to threats, respond to cyber security incidents, and build cyber security awareness programs. Support government organizations with investigating and analyzing computer intrusions and developing strategies to prevent further intrusions. Increase awareness throughout the user community for emerging and ongoing threats to security. Evaluate and disseminate information on emerging threats to the government. This is position is located in O'Fallon, IL.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with computer network defense, forensic analysis, intrusion detection, or incident response
-Experience with C, C++, C#, or other programming language
-Experience with Perl, Python, or other scripting language
-Experience with TCP/IP analysis
-Secret clearance
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with malware detection, analysis, and intrusion detection
-Experience with secure coding
-Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
-TS/SCI clearance
-BS degree in Engineering, CS, Information Security, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
-CISSP or Security+
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
