Cyber Information Security Analyst, Senior Job

Basic Qualifications:
-8 years of experience with computer network defense
-5 years of experience with assessing or auditing systems implementations
-5 years of experience with writing information papers, providing document reviews, and preparing briefings for senior leadership
-Knowledge of Marine Corps Headquarters relationships and Marine Corps Enterprise Networks (MCEN) implementations
-Active Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Computer Network Defense policy and doctrine
-Experience with evaluation of IA controls implementations
-Experience with Red Team and Blue Team requirements
-Knowledge of Joint Exercise and support to CND
-Ability to analyze network architectures and identify applicable the Red Team and Blue Team support needed
-Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
-BA or BS degree IT, MIS, or a related technical field preferred
-Security , CISM, or CISSP Certification.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Key Role:
Provide network operations subject matter expertise with an emphasis on Information Assurance and Computer Network Defense (IA-CND), Red Team and Blue Team Exercise Oversight, and enterprise-wide network exercise coordination. Provide analysis, advice, and guidance on policies, procedures, and techniques to support cyber exercises and CND activities supporting Headquarters Marine Corps C4 Information Assurance Division, Marine Corps DAA and Senior Information Assurance Official, and DoD IA Range activities. Coordinate updates of policies and procedures for Information Assurance implementations. Provide guidance and support to Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity (MCOTEA) and associated program offices for the Information Assurance component of systems and exercise team training. Attend program reviews and assist with development of plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms) specific to Marine Corps Red Team and Blue Team exercise activities. This position is located in Quantico, VA.
