Description
Key Role:
Assist the 26th Network Operations Group (NOG) standardization and evaluation branch with the development and implementation of network defense standards, the documentation of processes and evaluation results, and the management of various initiatives for the branch. Ensure compliance with applicable standardization and evaluation instructions by customer units and assist the customer units, when necessary. Work closely with customer units' standardization and evaluation and operations training branches to ensure continuity and standardization of efforts and leveraging of best practices. Facilitate bi-annual standardization and evaluation board meetings, including the documentation of results. Develop and maintain a trend analysis program. Work closely with standardization and evaluation offices at higher echelons to ensure the 26th NOG's compliance with guidance. Provide technical, Air Force NetOps, and standardization and evaluation subject matter expertise. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with Operational Network Defense
-Knowledge of NetD operations training or standardization and evaluation processes and documentation
-TS/SCI clearance
-DoD 8570 IAT or IAM Level II Certification or higher
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with conducting operations training or standardization and evaluation at an Air Force NetOps unit
-Experience with project management
-Ability to use Patriot Excalibur (PEX) software
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated through the production of client-ready deliverables
-BA or BS degree
-DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level III Certification or higher
