Description
Key Role:
Provide the analysis and integration of complex intelligence issues for senior clients in a national intelligence agency. Develop concepts, approaches, and strategies to integrate the resources of an intelligence community agency to solve national security issues. Process the data to produce high quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior clients. Provide all-source analytic support regarding China's cyber doctrine, policies, strategies, capabilities, and intent to conduct cyberspace operations on behalf of a national intelligence agency and the DoD cyber security community. Provide cutting edge, innovative, and thoroughly-vetted finished intelligence products, including high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and cyber security officials. Develop and refine the daily operations of a growing DoD customer. This position is located in Washington, DC.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with all-source analysis, including gathering data, analyzing findings, and documenting results
-Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to write information papers using analytic tradecraft standards as prescribed by the government client, provide document reviews, and prepare and deliver intelligence briefings to senior leadership
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with computer network operations, information operations, and information warfare
-Experience with DoD intelligence platforms, including JWICS, SIPRnet, WISE, and TAC
-Knowledge of the various facets of computer network operations, including CNE, CND, and CNA
-Knowledge of best practices for inter-agency coordination processes
-Ability to analyze cyber activities and determine their strategic impact through all-source intelligence
-Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment and be comfortable with truncated delivery deadlines
-Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
-MA or MS degree in a related field preferred
-CISSP Certification or another independent information security certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
