This position is located in San Diego, CA.<br/><br/>Qualifications<br/><br/>Basic Qualifications:<br/>-8+ years of experience with managing, architecting, designing, developing, and implementing IT systems<br/>-2+ years of experience with Web services and Web service standards<br/>-2+ years of experience with SOA and managing technical projects<br/>-1+ years of experience with SOA governance and service implementation issues<br/>-1+ years of experience with Web 2.0<br/>-TS/SCI clearance required<br/>-BA or BS degree required<br/><br/>Additional Qualifications:<br/>-Experience with Semantic Web, including the use of SPARQL preferred<br/>-Experience with the DoD Intelligence Information System, Distributed Common Ground Systems, and aXiom<br/>-Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies<br/>-Ability to translate and communicate technical issues to a wide audience of varying technical backgrounds-MA or MS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred<br/><br/>Clearance:<br/><br/>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.<br/><br/>Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
